Rosslyn Auto Body has truly exceeded my expectations with my Volvo XC 90 R Design. Trusting someone with my car has been challenging since my regular auto body shop closed down. However, from the moment I met Kris and his team, I felt a genuine sense of care and attention to my concerns. As a very particular person, I often feel defeated when dealing with insurance companies. But Kris and his team were there to assure me that I was in good hands. Rosslyn Auto Body is outstanding for Tesla repairs. I have used their services twice now for body work. My car always comes back sparkling clean—inside and out—, charged, and any items I’ve lost between the seats are places conveniently in the cup holder (there were two rings I could not get out that they saved for me!). If you get your rental from the nearby Enterprise, you can just leave the car there. They also got me an uber once I dropped off my car. Veronica is sweet and helpful and Oscar is communicative and does good work. Thanks guys!!

High Quality and Professional Service. I just picked up my Rivian R1S to repair a fender bender and I could not be happier with the experience. Rosslyn Auto Body exceeded all expectations and delivered my vehicle back in perfect condition. They even fixed a small paint issue without an up charge. Check-in/out was a breeze, they were always responsive and knowledgeable and they worked all the coordination with insurance with minimal input from me. I’m definitely coming back with any future auto body issues.

We had an excellent experience with Rosslyn Auto Body, from our first meeting with Oscar Abarca when he explained the repair process of our BMW to the completion of the repairs. Customer service was outstanding; they coordinated with our insurance company as supplemental estimates were needed during the repair process and returned the car in pristine condition. Everyone at Rosslyn Auto Body does everything possible to make the customer happy, from the introduction, to explaining how the repair process works, to pricing, the body work itself, and smoothing over the obstacles placed in the way by the customer's insurance company. Throughout the entire process, Rosslyn Auto Body keeps the customer informed of what is going on, what is yet to be done, and when completion of the repairs can be expected. And when my car repairs were finished, my car looked brand new! Very nice job! Just what I expected but was not sure I would get--until I did.
