Great atmosphere appears neat clean and very well organized. I had two tires swapped out and the two new ones were not put on the front as requested. I traveled a good distance to get there. I had to fix tire pressure of all tires they were all different psi's. Otherwise I liked the salesman's knowledge and abilities. The grunt was the Dunt. I greatly appreciate my tires tho. Just sayin

Beware if you have aluminum wheels. I had a set of used tires mounted and balanced here and the tires vibrated like crazy. They rechecked the and said tires were bad. Went to competitor. They showed me how messed up the balancing was. Corrected it and car runs perfect now. They even used clip on weights on one tire and stick on one three. Really? And put the stick on in the OUTSIDE edge. Tire will never balance like that.

Took my car in for front end alignment. They told me I need a part first, they got the part fix it aligned it ($122) and my car pulled more after the alignment. Called them n returned the next day,(for them to do it again) and of course i need another part so i leave my car with them. A hr later they call me...they busted my gear box trying to replace the 2nd part and wanted me to pay for new gear box and pay for labor after a nice talk with owner I did not pay for that part or the labor. So I pick my car up and I'm told I now need a ball joint and I need to take it to mechanic. So I go to machnic he fixes ball joint ($122) I go back to rossville tire for them to realign it (3rd time for free) . Once again...i have a power steering leak now and my car is not aligned. $500 later and my ca

They werd very helpful and fast in getting new tires after an unexpected blow out.
