I rented a lawnmower from them and it was falling apart, barely even worked at all and kept shutting off and would take a long time to start again, it was burning a lot of oil and I told them what's wrong with and they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. They overcharged me for it and didn't even at least offer a discount. They don't maintain their equipment and everything they have has issues. I'm a regular customer and they're rude and unprofessional about everything. I'm surprised that they're still open for business with old broken equipment and rude attitudes.

The worst place I have ever rented from. We were looking for port a cool fans as we were doing a memorial for our. Brother who had passed away. The rudeness and no idea of how to do customer service. If we could have gotten them from somewhere else we would. When they delivered there was no instruction and didn’t even have connecting parts. We ended up not being able to use one. I would say DONT ever rent from this place. No thanks for business when picking up. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Friendly folks, prompt service. Easy to deal with when renting or returning a truck. Offers rental equipment for use. Brought a piece of equipment for a diagnostic. Was told parts weren’t available for repair. That isn’t the case at all… But I like these guys.

Always gives honest, good advice, and will react quickly when unforeseen things happen

Chris was awesome. I rented his skid steer and I blew a tire in an alley with a screw, and he had some one come repair it. I ended up needing to keep it longer than expected due to the delay, and he did not charge me for the extra days. I have rented from him many times, and will continue for sure. Roswell Rental is my go to place for any equipment needs.
