DO NOT! I repeat- DO NOT take your vehicle here. I brought my Jeep in here with an oil leak. To say this experience was terrible is an understatement! they kept the vehicle for over a week to fix the oil leak and the check engine light issue. I got the Jeep back and as soon as I drove it the engine light came back on. took it back to the shop- it was just a piece of dirt making the light come one. The next week the Jeep is leaking clean oil. I take it back to this shop and they again- keep the Jeep for over a week to tell me that’s it’s just left over oil. I can see that this Jeep is leaking oil but - OK. Well got the Jeep out for a good drive, park it in the garage and the next morning there is a puddle of oil on the garage floor. DON’T take your vehicle here! A wasted $1800 spent.

Service department is worthless when it comes to emergency service. I have dead battery. It’s still under warranty. have a job. I work 9 to 5 like most red blooded Americans. They can offer a shuttle but it only runs till 4:30? Their service closes at 6 PM and they can’t replace a battery in 30 minutes? What a joke. Most companies that want to offer good customer service would have come up with a solution. Not Regal Nissan.

Don’t be put off by your first impressions of Roswell Transmission. Yes, it seems unorganized and there are vehicles everywhere, but Gary will go out of his way to ensure you are happy with his work/repairs and that the job is done right. He is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest about my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder CVT transmission not able to be rebuilt and would need to be replaced. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my transmission, why it would continue to get worse, and what needed to be done. His quote was a lot less than my original quote from a Nissan dealership. His work was done in a timely manner, and he kept me informed during the process. He advised me on other repairs that were safety concerns which I was already aware of from

Gary & his team are wonderful, trustworthy people & I would gladly have them work on one of my vehicles again. A different mechanic shop quoted me $6000 for new transmission for 2014 Ford F150... then a friend recommended I get it towed to Gary for a 2nd opinion (best decision ever!). Turns out didn't need a new transmission after all - issue was electrical - so I paid almost 2/3 less to Gary, and truck is running like new. I saved $3500 by taking it to Roswell Transmission. Be patient re time... it takes time for parts to be ordered and shipped.... but Gary kept me updated on work needing to be done, parts shipping timeframes, pickup ETA and final costs. I'm a very happy customer of Roswell Transmission & highly recommend!!

Been meaning to write a review for years. Mr Gary is very honest, kind, upfront and is incredibly helpful in explaining the ins-and-outs of vehicles for those of us who don't speak "Car." He set me up with a new dual clutch system two years ago that I swear fixed everything on my car, and besides normal maintenance, needed nothing. I'm currently looking at new cars right now and I want Gary's opinions on everything. Highly recommend him and his team
