My experience today at Rousseau rv in Lakeville, mass,today turned out better than thought with the exception of one very nasty sales rep Laura Bouchard who is very unprofessional and just plane rude and she flys off the handle real quickly over the littlest things,beware when dealing with her,but with that said,Dave Rousseau the owner was very professional and pleasant to deal with and communicating with him. Dave has a calm demeanor about him and aims to please and make his customers satisfied, he explains everything with ease and patience unlike the one i mentioned that normally answers the phone when you call,she over talks you,she talks down to you and definitely not a pleasant experience dealing with someone like that.Dave really should do something about her attitude because she'll

Great experience!! This was my 1st service appt. at Rousseau's & I could not be more pleased with the entire team. Laura is exceptional, she is knowledgeable & has great customer service skills. The service was done efficiently and with in the quoted time. Owning an RV is not always easy, especially finding a reliable trustworthy shop. I highly recommend Rousseau's for your next service.

We have a 1995 Shasta RV that needed an awning replaced and the water heater looked at. We also had them look at our a.c. unit because it was the original and wasn’t blowing cold air. Awning replacement with the membrane, new a.c. unit and a quick fix for the water heater cost less than Camping World’s price quote for the a.c. only. Great service, quick responses to our inquiries, and excellent pricing. Laura kept us on top of everything they did. We will definitely be using Rousseau’s again and highly recommend them for any RV service. Thank you!!!

I have been stopping in and buying items here for several years. Very nice small, family owned RV dealer. The staff here is very very friendly and knowledgeable. A few years ago I had a very long conversation with a young lady at the counter about TPMS as I was considering purchasing one. I didn't buy one but walked away with a much better education and understanding of TPMS. We decided this year to buy a leftover 2024 Rockwood Mini Lite 2513S. We met and Talked with Dave Lavalee Jr. Dave is quite the gentleman and very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. Absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever. Rousseau’s is hands down the greatest. I own a mobile rv repair business. I went to Rousseau’s in search of a very odd breaker that Keystone has switched to. The entire staff hadn’t even heard of these new idiotic breakers. One of the owners came to the showroom and escorted me into a similar rv and he removed a breaker from an older model and if it would’ve fit. He would’ve ordered a new one to reinstall in a couple days and would have sold me the breaker to give my customers power back. They are a true family run company and they operate their business the same way I do mine. With respect, patience and pride. I will proudly be using them as my parts go to location.
