If I could give this guy a negative rating I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “DEALERSHIP”. I came to see Joe on 1/16/26 and explained to him the awful current situation I was in having a 2021 ford explorer lemon, and that I still owed 21k to my bank for the loan and that I’ve put well into 10k already in repairs, one of them being a whole engine replacement, and now it has a broken differential and front axles and ford is quoting me 7500 to fix just that alone. I explain to joe that I just needed a safe vehicle to get to and from my kids schools appt etc, and he sold me a 2010 jeep grand Cherokee. My mom paid him cash for the vehicle, and then he had me sign the forms, totally lying and misinforming me about everything I was signing. this is off of my other review from my other Google account - to top it all off when I reached out to him to do the right thing and return the jeep, he told me “my mechanic was lying an trying to make money off of me, that it’s pretty common thing for mechanics to do” HAH! Joe, just because that is YOUR cup of tea, doesn’t mean that’s what everyone else does and my uncle isn’t going to do that to me - he didn’t even charge me to do the safety check!!! Talk about foot in the mouth.. I don’t know how this guy is still in business because he is the literal epitome of a used car salesman, the ones everyone tries to avoid because of their shady sales tactics and all the lies they spit through their teeth.

➖5️⃣⭐️ I would reccomend never taking your business here. I expected a few things wrong with the vehicle, as it was used… but I didn’t expect it to be a rolling death trap. Literally, there was not one good thing about this vehicle from the moment we drove it home, as a matter of fact it caught on fire on the way home from the dealership. The entire frame was rotted and hidden. Oil leak, coolant leak, brake fluid leak. Tried to fix issues as they be apparent, most seemed minor at first, interior lights didn’t work, horn issue, caliper being froze. But then the exhaust broke in half, so we took it in to a mechanic. And honestly it’s just a disgrace that someone would put a family with children in this vehicle. Edit: this is in fact the correct dealership despite owner disagreeing. Vehicle

Have to give 1 star to give a review but I’d tell everyone to avoid this place. Bought a 214 Chevy cruise from this place… drove it for 4 days and the low oil light came one . The guy I bought it from told me to bring it to an auto shop. Brought it to an auto shop in Exeter. The mechanic there said this car should have NEVER been sold, the only good part of the car was the tires were the only good part of the car. Their place paints over body damages. They don’t take cars back once sold. NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE! Also would like to note… he will reply to everyones bad review blaming the person who bought the car… this guy lacks MORALS. As a mother I would not be proud to know my son is like this …

When I need another car definitely going back hes very honest I got a 2013 dodge avenger no issue at all drove it back up to Maine 3 hours away from route 111 and if your car breaks down after you get it it’s not his fault cars can break down anytime he also does work with you
