I had a great experience working with Christian A. during my recent visit for an oil change. I ended up needing additional work done, and Christian was incredibly helpful in walking me through everything. He took the time to explain my options and was able to accommodate my budget without making me feel pressured. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate him and look forward to working with him again.

I had an excellent experience at Route 22 Honda Service & Honda Parts. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from the moment I arrived. I went in for a routine oil change, and the service was surprisingly fast while still being very thorough. What really impressed me was that they went the extra mile without me even asking. One of the plastic caps near my tire had come loose from the snow and winter weather, and they noticed it during the service. They took the time to properly secure it back into place so everything was good to go again. Small things like that make a huge difference. My experience was amazing. One of my tires needed to be replaced and I didn’t have an appointment however they were nice enough to take care of me as a walk-in customer. My service advisor, John Medina, was a pleasure to work with. He made sure my car was worked on right away. He even acknowledged an issue I had in regards to my wipers. My wipers were also fixed and they were nice enough to even top off my wiper fluids reservoir. Overall, I had an extremely pleasant experience. From the person that first greeted me to the girls at the front desk/Cashier station and my service advisor John Medina, everyone was extremely courteous and attentive. Thanks once again and keep up the good work guys.

Went in for my first free oil change after I purchased a 2020 Civic which was over priced & had physical damages they refused to fix, I got the car back, now it squeaks like SpongeBob every time I push the accelerator. Took it to my mechanic and they say, they think it's the motor mounts, and guess who's the only people that can rectify the problem, you guessed it, your favorite Honda dealership. I mean damn, how shiesty is that? When my car was on the Lyft, half the screws and bolts for the cover panels were missing. I really don't wanna drive that Honda through the front glass, so I'm just gonna talk to god & pray they see this and make things right. Because this sucks. After getting my uncles car fixed at Honda I felt as though they deserve more than just 5 stars. Paul G was my service advisor where he made sure to keep me in the loop with all going on with the car. Not only was Paul amazing, he made sure that my uncles car was returned back at the promised date. After fixing the ignition switch, he even had a multi-point inspection done to the car to make sure it was safe to drive. We do have a could have recommended services to be completed. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. Thank you to Paul G for his assistance and thank you team for making it a simple process. The cashier was attentive and wonderful, she made sure that the car would be pulled in prior to me getting to the drive for pick up. I would recommend Rt 22 Honda Service to my friend
