I had an amazing experience at Toyota, and I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Michael T.. Michael was truly the best from start to finish. He was so friendly, patient, and professional, and he really took his time explaining every detail. He answered all my questions and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. You can genuinely tell he cares about his customers and loves what he does. A big thank you as well to Khalid in finance for making everything so easy and clear. He was very kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. It was exceptionally excellent experience of this dealership.Mellisa was great and fast to finish all the related work and Mr Money Anthony was very good and explained everything in financial contract and of course 2 coffee mugs of RT 22 are highly appreciated. So I need to edit this a bit. So I need to edit my review a bit. Originally, I had given this dealership a one star review. I was contacted by the ASM to see what could be done about my experience and I mentioned the vehicle was making some noise and couldn’t figure out why and that I noticed a scratch on the passenger side door and paint chip at the hood at the dealership before I drove it off the lot. So he to have them look at it. When I brought it in, the service was so much different. The service manager Giuseppe was great. He explained what was going on (loose license plate, and they couldn’t find the vibration.) The ASM also mentioned that they have policies in place for the salespeople to double check the odometer readings to make sure they are accurate. So they do take feedback. O

I was very pleased with my 1st visit to Rt 22 Toyota. Ali and Omar were very accommodating. They were patient and answered all of my questions. I drove home with the vehicle I wanted! Great customer service. Will definitely be a return customer.

I totaled my vehicle and had to get a new one this Nov. Toyota on Rte 22 made the experience really easy for me. They were fast and efficient and even helped me with plates and registration. Overall a great experience.
