Route 44 Hyundai Service

I have to say Rt 44 Hyundai took amazing care of me! Didn’t feel like I was being pushed, but definitely felt heard and my needs appreciated, not overwhelmed … I had gotten a lemon from another dealer, just over a year ago and Domenic, my sales consultant, did his magic and took all of my needs into consideration … he made sure I left in a safe vehicle, and the management team were incredibly helpful to make it happen….Thanks to Domenic and the Rt 44 staff :)

About a 1.5 wks ago ago I purchased a Tucson through John Messina. There were a few outstanding issues, but he said don't worry I'll let them know and we'll get these taken care of right away. I've emailed, texted and called John but cannot reach him and he never calls back. I really like the dealership, but this has me ruing the fact I purchased this vehicle through them. All it takes is a return phone call. That being said, I cannot recommend this company. Rob Armstrong

Service was great. Employees are very attentive, friendly and informative about my car. Employee, Patricia who checked me in was very friendly and asked me additional questions about my car and the mechanic, Matthew was also friendly who let me know about future service I would need on it. Best thing I liked is that they let you know ahead of time how much the service would be total before you show up to pay. Wonderful service and will use them again.

The service waiting room TV was blaring at top volume, showroom music was super loud, and there's a salesperson who sits less than ten feet from the service waiting area who only took calls on speakerphone. I had a headache after about 20 minutes. I understand that the staff either don't realize or don't care how loud everything is since they aren't sitting in the waiting room for their entire shift, but it would be nice if they considered the perspective of the customer who is trapped in the waiting room until their car is ready.
