Route One Car Wash and Detailing

Just had the ultimate done and had go back to work n when got to work went thru the car n this Is the job they did. Had them vacuum n look still looks like wasn't done. The driver side clearly the passenger side not so much then the trunk when asked them to do it as they weren't going to n just skip the trunk looks like they didn't even move the area where spare tire would be when I made sure car was empty including spare tire.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I paid for the Ultimate wash, but the service was really disappointing. They didn’t vacuum my car properly, and the interior wasn’t wiped down well at all. On top of that, the guy handling the payment was rude. Definitely not worth the price — I expected much better from Sandoval Car Wash, Inc.

I have never been disappointed there. But today...2 large dirty spots on both front doors & front windshield looks as crappy as it did when I arrived. Was there any cleaner in the machine? I even purchased top level car wash. Not their best work today which is unusual. My car has always looked fantastic after going there. Everyone is allowed a bad day every now & then.

I've been coming here for 20 years but I'm all set now. The last few years I'm watching the price steadily go up and the quality go down. Today I watched the towel man entirely ignore a spot of bird crap the machines didn't get. Wiped around it. One of my floor mats was carried, with a trail of water running off of it onto the pavement, and was placed into my car and left to soak into the carpet. I pointed it out and was told "yeah they're like that." No, they aren't; I watched the guy with the vacuum pick that mat up and toss it aside without touching it with the shop vac. And while I realize you don't do "thorough" interiors, is it too much to at least get the dust off the dashboard? Never mind the missed spots on the body, the untouched windows, runnels of soap left on the fender

Paid for ultimate services $25 that was not ultimate! Tires look dirty not cleaned or shiny. Still birdcrap on truck vacuuming was poor and they never washed the right side windows. Called to be told its $5 more for tire shine. Excuse me? Gave a $20 tip to boot. Will never go back. The first time I went to these guys in April (old SUV) they did a great job. Not sure what has changed.
