This rental car company is a joke. The shuttle didn’t show up. They attach random insurance fees to the bill without giving you coverage. The security deposit is $1,000 and I asked her the terms of the security deposit. She did not appear believable, so I asked to record the call and she hung up on me. Service kiosk is virtual and terrible. Avoid this place even with the low cost. Pay a little more for better service elsewhere. I Uberes from the car rental place to my hotel.

Please DO NOT do business with this company. The star rating number doesn't lie with this one...and I'm not a Google rating person, but this is a must. Please spend the money on a known rental service. Yes, the price is the lowest here, but it is the Devil's Playground here. STAY AWAY!!! This company needs to permanently close. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! PLEASE. This was the worst experience I've had with a "company". I booked a couple of months in advanced coming from SC. The agent wouldn't accept my credit card which I booked with online for reservations. Come to find out I paid through a third party company and that company would not refund my money. Wish I had read reviews about this place. This place is really ridiculous. There are some hidden fees and restrictions. First, they require a physical credit card for security deposit. I had an Apple credit card, a debit card and some virtual credit cards on my phone. But they didn’t accept an Apple credit card. I had to use my debit card. But first problem came up. They charged $75($25 x 3 days) because of a debit card. It was very ridiculous why they didn’t want to accept virtual credit cards. Second, they charged “personal insurance verification fee” that I’ve never seen when I rent a car. It was $19.99. I asked them what it was for. He started explaining like automated system. I was very upset and told him there are many hidden fees and didn’t know virtual credit cards weren’t accept

This place is a scam. I booked through Priceline for a car pickup in Houston. The shuttle from the airport is run by a 3rd party coming, which is fine. You dont find that out until you are given the instructions the day of your arrival. You get a text notification with instructions on the shuttle pickup and its stated that it runs every 25 min..thats fine but I waited over 35 minutes for someone to get there. First shuttle comes he refused to take me says he only going to the hotel. A second shuttle comes he gets full so fast because there are so many people waiting and there is no more room in the van. A THIRD shuttle comes thats not even going to the car rental thats 9 MIN away and tells me the next one will be back in 25-30 MIN! I tell them ive been waiting and im 35 min past my appoin

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The worst experience I have ever had renting a car in my entire life. Never EVER rent from them.
