Found this shop through a Google search and scheduled an appointment due to their rating and reviews. Gotta say it was a GREAT find! Came in for an oil change on my BMW X5 and got a reasonable price compared to dealership. Also recommended changing air filter and cabin filter. Again reasonable price. Shop rate is very competitive! Didn’t have the cabin filter in stock but said they could order it and have it delivered the next day. Came back today and took maybe 15 minutes for them to install. Jeff is a funny guy and very up front. Great customer service! Highly recommend this shop. Ruby is the “shop” pet. Sweet pup!

Took my VW in for a second opinion to compare against another repair shop’s busted compressor diagnosis and suspiciously high quote to replace it. Rowlett Motorwerks quickly completed their inspection, confirming my compressor was bad and made a much more thorough repair recommendation that was better for both my car and wallet compared to the original shop. They’re honest, straightforward and fairly priced. Will be moving my maintenance and repair needs here from now on.

What is there to say about these shop except these guys are personal and professional and absolutely reasonable in their pricing. Bought used BMW recently and was hoping to find a good and reputable bimmer mechanic and boy have I found them. Jeff was amazing. He was willing to answer a bunch of questions over the phone for me to help me get my car over to him. All in all, he seems like a very honest person and is looking to make a honest buck. Good vibes all around. They did great work on my car and if I need anything in the future, I will definitely be using them.
