Rowley's Platinum Car Wash & Detail

I have been before and had a good wash. Today I paid for the Platinum wash, wipe vents and dash and extra for pet hair. I had to ask them to wipe the dirt off inside the doors. The pocket on the driver door was dirty, the console for wireless charging wasn't clean and there was something still on the console. The seats were not wiped down either. I was late for an appointment and couldn't go back for them to correct it.

Super disappointed after a $50 wash and interior cleaning. They didn’t vacuum, left drip marks all over the car, didn’t even clean the bugs off the front. Complete waste of time and money.

Paid extra for a “tire/wheel shine/detail” and tipped the kid. Didn’t think I needed to get out and check before I left. 15 minutes later when I get home this is what it looks like - see pic. Not good. I’m going back tomorrow or next day to see if they’ll redo it or refund it. If they do, I’ll update the review **update- went back and they let me run back through the wash for free and re-detailed the tires and wheels. It was better, but still didn’t look very good by the time I got home. Wouldn’t recommend the tire shine upgrade

I have to say, since they have changed management or owners, this car wash has really been nice. The guys & gals that work here have so far done an amazing job. I have Labradors & they do shed & the employees sure make an effort to get the hair removed 🐾🐾.

I'm not sure where the great reviews came from for this place. I signed up for the wash + vacuum on both of my cars. I've never come here where there hasn't been a significant delay if I wanted the inside of my car cleaned. As I am writing this, they told me that they aren't doing insides of cars at all. Yesterday it was a 1.5 hour wait. The waiting area looks like it's under construction....for the last several months. They have a soda machine that is out of order. There are a few snacks to buy, but no cashier to buy them from.. They do a decent job when they have people to do it. This is one of the few full service washes in the area, and maybe I'll come back and check if they've improved next year. For now, I'm canceling both memberships.
