Very rude older gentleman, said was busy and he won’t take a job/ no cars in garage

Rude and Disrespectful. Called about pricing on an oil change and was told to “go somewhere else where they would do the job for free.” I bought a vehicle from this gentleman and got him another sale from someone I recommended him to but I’m done with any further Business after the unnecessary, disrespectful attitude.

Carlo was dismissive and rude. He didn’t even work on my car, but his customer service skills are lacking.

Called for pricing on brake pad replacement. Owner laughed and said “go somewhere else we’re expensive.” And hangs up. All because the brake pads were already purchased. Will NEVER GO HERE.
