I needed a catalytic converter replaced. Roy's service guys were great! Once I told them a diagnostic had already been done they told me a second one didn't need to be done. (Some places I called were insisting they needed to do their own.) $$. The estimate (with an explanation of the parts and work) was way more reasonable than the two other shops I investigated. (One almost by nearly $1000.00). I checked reviews and BBB and this was an easy decision. The work was done. My vehicle runs great. I took a second one in for a tune up check.
