I have bought three separate vehicles from Mr. Gladen and every time he has been great with us. The first car my wife and I bought from him while I was a full time student in college and there were a few times we couldn’t meet the full monthly payments. All it took was me going to talk to him about a plan to cover those lapses and he worked with us and helped us pay the cars off. While his stock is used and cars come as is, he has always been honest with us and even did some work on a van that we had issues with right after we got it. No, it is not the same warranty you get with a big name company, but the lack of hassle and the down to earth you get here makes it worth it. That is why we went back later when time came to upgrade. The Gladdens have always treated me right. Works with my schedule as long as I keep him informed. The cars are pretty good not perfect but reliable.
