Just as you read everywhere else, this place is terrible. I'm a parts manager at a big body shop in Virginia Beach and they continually give terrible customer service. The sales persons are all rude and disrespectful. Also have received a restock fee for a part that arrived damaged.. best to just order ANYWHERE else.

Rebuilding a 370z I bought for myself. Needed a right side headlight and left taillight. Only had the headlight is stock when I asked, but notified me 2 days later that he got the taillight in stock. Quick to respond and fair on prices.

Royal Auto Lights in Canton GA has the worst customer service. I am the office manager for a busy collision repair facility and every time we order from them we have an issue. I have asked for a supervisor to reach out to us but we have not heard back yet. I truly felt the need to share our experiences. Employees are rude, they cancel orders without our knowledge and I personally feel they are malicious and unprofessional. They offer a ton in our industry which is a shame when we feel we just can’t deal with them. Their inventory and prices don’t matter when you’re completed disrespected over the phone.

I can’t thank them enough. I’ve been looking for this headlight for ages. They are the professionals for sure. I just sent them my part number and they had an Amazing headlight for me and it felt like i was pulling it brand new out of the box. Very Pleased with this company and hope I get the chance to work with them again.

I had an incredible experience with Royal Auto Lights. The lights I ordered arrived quickly and was exactly as described — great condition, well-packed, and a perfect fit. What really made the difference, though, was the customer service. Lana helped me throughout the entire process and was so friendly, professional, and responsive.
