Royal Collision Center - Auto Mall Body Shop

Ok… so I’ll preface this by stating this is an updated review to my initial one. Long story short, Royal had my truck for 4 months with excuse after excuse given as to why. I’m sure there was some validity to some of it, but the lack of communication left a very sour taste during the process. Fast forward to the last month and a half or so and I will say that Ron and Tom definitely stepped up to take care of the situation. The truck repair turned out great and even got detailed in an effort to make up for some of the headache we had to deal with. So while I can’t give them a five stars for the entire process, I will meet in the middle and give them three stars because I think they did a pretty good job trying to make up for it.

I got in an accident on Halloween 2025. I was told by Royal that the part to fix my BMW is back-ordered indefinitely, and even if it were not, it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive from Germany. I am now paying for my BMW and my rental car out of pocket. I called my insurance company to let them know my car is sitting there indefinitely, only to find out the part is not backordered but they need manager approval to order it. Royal was notified by my insurance company about this on Monday, January 5th. I called Royal on Wednesday, January 7th, to confirm they had ordered. They had not. I told my representative at Royal that I am paying out of pocket, and I would appreciate it if they would prioritize fixing my vehicle. Great experience a couple years ago as a self pay customer. This time around needed to file an insurance claim and I went in for an estimate August 19th. Called after not hearing from anyone after a month. Was told 1 more week. 5 weeks went by still no call, text or email. I asked to escalate to a manager and left details for a call back—nothing. Disappointed I wasted 2 months and got nowhere.

Anthony and his team at Royal Collision Center took the best care of my vehicle and needs. Throughout the process they were transparent, informative, and did great at helping me correspond with insurance and parties involved to get the job done satisfactorily and in a timely manner. I received excellence service, and I am extremely satisfied with the end result as my vehicle looks great as if it was brand new! Great service ! Very good attention to customer satisfaction ; I highly recommend Mr Luis Camargo at this location. Took my lyriq in and right away he started working on an estimate but unfortunately it was determine it was a total loss due to frame damage . But now I’m on a new 2025 black on black lyriq . Mr Luis is very attentive and professional.
