Royal Collision Center - Speedway Body Shop

They quoted us for the work to be done in 10 days. It took 5 1/2 WEEKS. Then, when I pressed them for the car, they disclosed that they had misplaced a piece, but they'd ordered it, and it would be in the next week. But the car was driveable. So I got it back, and the part didn't come in until 2 days after they said it would. The work, however, was perfect. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.

I love the Royal dealership and also Royal Collision! I had over $6,500 worth of damage done to my car, due to it being severely vandalized. Royal did an excellent job on my car, inside and out, and I feel like I'm driving a new car! Beautiful work, guys! I would not hesitate to use their services again. All the customer service and communications were equally excellent.

The team here has helped my baby not once, not twice (and not thrice) but FOUR times. Apparently his rear-end is very attractive to other vehicles...and in this most recent case, he was totaled, with extensive hidden damage and lots of curveballs on the repairs. Jak and the team met many challenges in hard-to-source parts, cost-effective repairs, and a whole slew of other things--and surmounted them beyond my expectations. Jak especially was amazingly helpful and willing to work with me to get my baby back into fighting shape, and looking awful slick too. It was a journey from a salvage title to where we are now, and I am stupidly grateful for every last bit of work and help and, well, everything.

My car was in an accident and my repairs were completed here. The staff did a great job and the car looks great. They were also helpful and informative throughout the process. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my floor mats were missing when I got the vehicle back. I spoke with staff and they said they would look into it and get back to me however no one has ever contacted me. It was a very disappointing climax to what had been a great experience up until this point. **UPDATE** Royal stepped up and remedied what was not their fault and for that I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs!!
