I was actively looking to purchase a Continental GT 650 from this dealership and they’ve absolutely lost a customer for how they handled the situation. My first visit to the shop I spent 40 minutes walking around looking at bikes, and not a single person approached me. I then reached out to the sales team and spoke with Humberto who was nice, if a bit slow to respond. Unfortunately, when I reached out to set up a time to purchase the bike, he was out of town with no heads up, and the shop passed me over to a man named Frank. Frank displayed some of the most unimpressive customer service I’d ever seen. After being assured by staff that Frank would have all the pertinent information about my bike, he proceeded to fumble every step of our interaction. I asked for out the door pricing for my

Terrible customer service and no appreciation for the customer. I was ready to pay full price for a bike in cash and literally left because of the attitude of the management and personnel. Royal Enfield should really find another dealer that matches it's brand quality.

The most beautiful RE store. Have full bike's line in the showroom and all apparell and accesories in stock and two certify techbicians for your maitenance. Friendly staff and excellent attention. this store is a must for RE entusiasts
