Royal Express Car Wash

Waited for over 10 minutes to use a self service bay only to have wasted my time because the card reader wouldn't authenticate any card. First I talked to pay which didn't work. inserted card, didn't work. Tried different cards. All "temporarily unauthorized". Noticed everyone else washing while I was waiting used cash, but I only had a $10. Thanks for wasting my time!

Today I went to this car wash and there is no rhyme or reason on which car wash you get. I selected the "Gold" wash and upon entering the wash the light on the wall was blinking indicating I was getting the lesser wash "Silver". Upon exiting the wash my windows and mirrors has excessive soap suds left on it. I went to speak with someone to tell them about this situation and no one there spoke any English and one of the guys just shrugged his shoulders and rudely walked away. By far this is the worst customer service I've ever received and I discourage anyone from using this car wash, as it's nothing more than a quick money grab.

Had gotten a wash there. Offered a deal at purchase for a second visit at a discounted price. Said ok. Said printing receipt with code. No paper in machine. Ugh. Went inside no one there. The man there working didn’t speak English. Ok. Tried calling multiple times had to go through bank and they reversed after a month of trying to reach the manager. Also car wash was awful. No cleaner no shine only soap was the guy pre treating. The cleaners didn’t spin. This place is the worst. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Paid $17 for gold wash. Left with soap still all over sides of car and the back of car still dirty. What a waste of time and money

I'll be completely honest. I haven't been down to this place in a good number of years. Only because I tend to spend around $22 bucks for the works, and there have been times when pull out of the bay and find that the car is still dirty. This has happened more than 3 times. I've been going to Danbury's Panache Car Wash. That place is great. they actually have people to vacuum the inside and wipe down and clean the whole inside dashboard ..ect.. That's where I've been going and haven't had a problem with them. But if today was the day to turn me around and get me coming back. It's semi working. I had oil on both sides of the car door, and side skirts. No thanks to the guy who changed my oil that didn't tighten up the oil drain plug. So I had leaked all of my oil all over my parking spot
