I had never bought my own car before, always just received hand me downs from family members, knew very little about the mechanics of vehicles, and am a young woman. So basically, someone that would be really easy for a dealership to take advantage of. I knew I wanted a Subaru. Needed some thing with all wheel drive and loved the style of it too. My search however was looking pretty bleak at first. There were very few outbacks in my price range with low millage. I went to a few dealerships but continuously dealt with creepy, annoying, salesmen who clearly didn’t value me. I was going home after

I give high marks to the sales staff here at this dealership. Easiest buying experience I had ever. I bought an 05 Escalade in 2015 but got rid of it about a year later. After purchasing it, I had come to find out the rear ride adjusting shocks needed to replaced to pass inspection for 2016. Also wound up needing tie rods, and a few other odds and ends that really added up. The truck rode pretty well and was loved by my kids for the comfort. I got it because we were going to get a camper to pull behind it but that didn't materialize in the way we planned so the Escalade got swapped for a Mini Cooper S.

Would’ve been a 5 star but had to do timing chains and a few other repairs on the tiguan i bought totaling about $5k. Just a shame.
