I want to sincerely thank the man who helped me when I didn’t know how to put my side mirror back on. Earlier, a lady had hit it and drove off, and I ended up stopping there thinking it was a mechanic shop. I had just finished a long drive from Fort Bliss to DFW and was already exhausted and stressed. Even though it wasn’t a shop, he still took the time to help me fix my mirror. He was kind, patient, and even joked around with me, which really lifted my spirits after such a long and frustrating day. His willingness to help a complete stranger meant a lot more than he probably realizes. Thank you for your help and for simply being a genuinely nice person. You truly made a tough moment much better. Great man and great service overall.

Yesterday our car was repaired by the most amazing mechanic, and I just have to share how impressed I am. From the start, he was so friendly and easy to talk to, which immediately put us at ease. What really stood out was his incredible diagnostic skill — he quickly figured out exactly what was wrong, something that I know many others would have missed. He worked with so much attention to detail and fixed the problem thoroughly. You can tell he’s very skilled and takes real pride in doing things right. It was such a relief to see our car running smoothly again, and I left feeling grateful we found someone so trustworthy. If you ever need a mechanic, I can honestly say this was the best experience we’ve ever had!

Mr Rafal is a very nice polish man ,he fixed my car in a very good price.very skilled and professional and very nice .His work is mouth to mouth ,he even didn't know his shop got 5 stars comments online .

I would like to leave this comment since we just visited Rafal Formela (Royal Motors) for a water pump change and their service was excellent. They were very attentive and quick in doing their job.

Mr Formela is the best mechanic I know; he is very trustworthy, a very good human being, very fair went it comes to price . Everyone in my family comes to him.
