I had a regrettable experience dealing with Faizan, the owner of Royal Auto Motors Inc., and I feel it's essential to share my story as a warning to others. Faizan purchased a car from me, and while the vehicle was still in his possession, it received a citation in Garden Grove. Upon discovering this, I promptly contacted Faizan, who acknowledged responsibility and assured me that he would take care of the citation. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of a six-month ordeal filled with empty promises and excuses.
