As i had put in my Review for Royal Kia the whole Royal center is amazing, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Derrick is the best. You can expect everyone to be honest and truthfull.
Had appointment for 145 .330 is when I was first talked to about tires . Still waiting on van. This was for oil change at 145 and checked in at 121. Not happy
Wailed over to lexus and got treated like I could not afford a car from there. Salesman was very condescending.
Their service department is always accommodating and helpful.
Great place to get car worked on and for sales.
