Gave them a fair chance despite their mediocre 3.6 rating. I requested that my wheels be high pressure blasted due to the large degree of salt and grime buildup that is common in winter. The manager or owner refused, saying "that is not our process" despite me willing to pay for the service. The wash quality was mediocre at best but the reason I will not be returning was just the sheer attitude of "we wash cars our way, not yours." There are much better car washes that will take the time to clean off the harsh elements of winter.

Royal Touch Car Wash in Des Plaines is fantastic! The staff is friendly and efficient, and my car came out spotless inside and out. Quick service, great attention to detail, and definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Rudest car wash ive ever been to. I just pulled in so I could throw some trash out and some guy came out and told me i had to go through the entrance and i said “i cant just throw some stuff out without paying?” and he said “how big of a bag” it was just a small shopping bag and he said yeah thats fine and then watched me like a hawk for som reason. Weird behavior in my opinion.

Maybe one time 10 years ago this place was just ok. Nice location but the management is terrible. They'll argue with you over pennies. Both the guy with glasses and the hair challenged individual. But they win. Had my last wash there! Now they won the squeeze a few extra dollars from the customer, and then the customer NEVER returns!

If you get the basic wash they will rush you out of the vacuum area. Was vacuuming my car for about 5 mins, took another 5 mins to wipe down my car, and needed at least another 5 mins to finish. I look up and there’s a woman in a white car staring me down. Then a manager comes to me and asks me if I’m all set, I share that I’m finishing cleaning my car. The staff were always friendly in prior experiences but don’t support a place that is going to rush you out. I used to come here often but no more.
