Royal Towing and Recovery

I was traveling across the US and my car got stuck in the snow on an awful road. Getting my car towed is already a stressful situation but Gabriel was very understanding of the circumstances. He was able to get the car out within two hours and returned it safely to me at the Airbnb that I stayed out. Very grateful for the help and recommend them to anyone who needs trusted roadside assistance.

Incompetent, passive agressive and dishonest. Wanted to take the easiest, quickest and highest risk of damage to my vehicle way to pull it off a steep embankment. When I simply questioned if there was another way of doing it he said I should get a wrecker (he was in a flatbed) and he'd call one for me (I was miles from mobile reception). Days later find out from a local friend I made the wrecker said he didn't go because the first guy told him I was "telling him how to do his job". Gabe answered my call at 7 pm-I was from out of town, staying in the area and my car battery died. He arrived within 20 min and didn't even charge me for the jump! What a guy! He saved my road trip!

Well, Gabe was phenomenal! Unfortunately when I went to turnaround in an obvious turnaround spot, I got stuck in the mud! Did I mention it was 4:30 in the morning at that?!? Soooo, even though towing/wrecker services were advertised as "24/7" on Google, no-one would answer the phone! Guess they really didn't want the business. But anywho, we called one company who actually answered, but the gentleman was extremely rude when we called back after the 3 hours we waited-per him-for him to complete the job he was on.
