I paid a deposit for a car for them to hold it. The sales lady Alexis was very nice. The owner on the other hand is a crook. He wanted 4900 for a 2013 dodge dart that has a bad wheel bearing and cv axel, 4900 is way above fair market value which is around 35-3600. When I tried negotiating with him, he was stuck on 4875. Im a mechanic and this guy isn't just a crook he doesn't know cars at all. I recommend everyone stay away, im glad I bit the bullet on the 500 as it gave me plenty of time to reconsider. Alexis, you can do better than your boss. Keep up the good work girl

Absolute worst experience I have ever encountered paid for this car and the transmission went out the same day. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate me at all. They didn’t even try to put me in another vehicle. I had not even drove 10 miles off of the car!!!! do not and I mean, do not buy a car from this place. The customer service is terrible From the management. They have a nice sales person named Topanga. She is very sweet and kind, but the owners are rude disrespectful and. Liers they call the police on me for having the vehicle tow back to them and off the side of the road and asked me to come remove the car from their property When I had only driven it for 10 miles

I’d like to say first and foremost the customer service here is 10 out of 10! They stayed late until we got there and gave us a great deal on a vehicle for my daughter! We purchased a Ford escape and it is everything they said it would be and more! Would definitely be back in the future and definitely recommend buying from them!!!!

My husband and I just bought a vehicle here from April and Ashley yesterday. We originally were looking at another vehicle but after being shown a few different ones to accommodate myself, my husband and our 5 kids, we landed on the perfect ford explorer. The best part, it was still within our price range and we drove off the lot the same day. They answered every question we had and were overall amazing. I would only recommend that each car be looked at by a mechanic by the dealership and each individual so that you know exactly what you're getting before buying it and that the staff would divulge that you will need to purchase your tag separately, its not included in total price.
