Royces Glass

I have never been spoken to with such disrespect as I just was by Royce. We recently had a major repair come up on a truck that needed a windshield, and we were very grateful to have a mechanic help us quickly so that my driver—who had been out for more than two weeks, including over Thanksgiving—could finally get home for the weekend. While trying to get the windshield rescheduled, first by text and then over the phone, Royce was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Royce is the absolute best! The 3rd row passenger side window needed replaced on my SUV. Royce came out to my house and replaced the window, was quick and amazingly priced. Call Royce if you need any glass replacement, he is truly the best!
