Roy's Auto

My experience with Roy's Auto was fantastic! He kept me informed during all of the work, showed me pictures of all of the problems that were found, and allowed me to approve all repairs before being done. There is even a very cute, four-legged lobby greeter, Sadie! For anyone near or in the Estherville area, I would highly recommend Roy's Auto! He even handed out a thank you cookie when I picked up the car!

No one likes having to spend money on their car, however Alan made it easy for us. Husband had to replace the tires and he gave us an honest detailed quote, told us available times for dropoff and pickup, and got the job done as promised. They were easy to work with communication wise and never felt pushy. On top of it all, they left a customized wrapped cookie in the truck at the end of service which was the literal icing on the cake. Good work, easy to talk to, and got it done within the timeframe.

They gave me a price for my repairs, when it was done charged me forty bucks more. I asked why and the mechanic said I needed special wipers on my ford f150. Thís was the one and only time doing business at Roy's Auto.
