Amazing Service Every Time! Unfortunately, we’ve had to visit Roy’s Body Shop in La Grange, KY more often than we’d like—but every single time, they remind us why we’ll never go anywhere else. Their team is incredibly professional, friendly, and fast, and the quality of their work is simply outstanding. Our most recent experience was after a Deer vs. Car situation, and the damage looked awful. But when Roy’s was done with it, the car looked absolutely brand new—you’d never know anything had happened. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is unmatched. Whether it’s a big repair or a small fix, they consistently deliver top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We’re grateful to have a shop we can trust, even if we hope not to need them too often!

The office lady and Chris did a fantastic job with communicating and got my car looking better than before. Even detailed the inside as well before I picked it up. If I ever have any issues with future cars again, I will definitely come back.

I was a victim of a hit and run in Louisville, KY. Thankfully, I have great insurance and all I needed to worry about was finding a body shop with quick availability, great customer service, and proven experience. My coworker suggested Roy's Body Shop to me and it wasn't the closest to me, but it was a wonderful decision to go with them for my repairs. They were able to give me an initial estimate the same week I called and they were able to schedule my car for repairs within the next two weeks. Tandy was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Chris (Owner) was personable and dedicated to finishing the repairs right. First, I was told they had open availability, unlike other shops that were booked out for months. That turned out to be false—my car sat at their shop for a full month before they even started looking at it. Second, not once did they call me with an update. Every time I received new information, it was because I called to check in. It took them four months to fix my vehicle—just for a door. I was repeatedly given estimated dates for when it would be ready, only to call on those dates and be told to wait another two weeks. Eventually, I gave up and told them to just get a junkyard door, which they finally did. Even after that, I’m still waiting on another part. I understand that parts can be hard to come by, but their customer service and turnaround times are unacceptable. I had to share

The mechanics that worked on our blazer did some amazing work!!! We had alot of hail damage & a cracked window shield. Got it back & was SUPER PLEASED. They loaned us a car after insurance stopped paying for our rental. Would definitely recommend & would return if we have any other problems. Thank you all so much!!! Pick this place & you won't regret it.
