RPM 24hr Roadside Assistance

Called and was given a rough 30 minute estimate. To be gracious waited about 20 over before texting to see an update. No response. Called, immediately went to voicemail. Called again rang and then was declined with mailbox full. Called on another phone and he answered on the second ring. If you cannot come or don’t want to, fine, but tell the customer. Unacceptable, rude, find anyone else.

NEVER SHOWED UP!!! After a 12 hour shift, I came out of the hospital and saw I had a flat tire. Talked to this company at 7:15m. And at that time, they told me they were in Lizella- and that they were actually to the same hospital that I work at shortly to visit the family member. I told them I just need a tire change. I had all the equipment. I had a spare tire. I had everything for them. I was just waiting. They told me they would leave shortly to send them my location and they would get been taken care of. I sent them my location at 7:17 PM. I did not hear from them again 7:39 PM and that was after I had to call THEM they stated they were 30 minutes away and that they would be there then I did express my concerns because it was starting to get dark. I had a flat on a silver BMW on the front driver side. They showed up went to work and didn't stop until they were sure my mom and I was safe to travel. Plus, they asked me to let them know that we made it back to Atlanta ok. What other service ask you to call to let them know you made it ok? None that I know of. I'm so very pleased with this company and I recommend this company to everyone that breakdown please don't hesitate to call them!!!!! Super friendly and courteous!!!!!!!

This was literally the worst Road Side experience I've ever had. I called RPM at around 9:15 PM. They told me that they were 45 minutes away after taking payment after taking payment. I waited an hour. I called back several times and I was sent straight to voicemail. Eventually, someone called me by mistake asking me about another Client situation. I asked them when I would be responded to and I was told another 45 minutes after another hour pass. I called again several times and I was sent straight to voicemail I ended up calling a tow truck and asked for my money back. Do not use this company for anything. They will not show up and they will cease to respond.

We got stranded in Macon GA, on our way to FL, called and spoke with Alex and explained our situation, she was very pleasant and efficient!! They got there quickly and Paul had everything he needed to get us back on the road! Excellent service and very knowledgeable! If there were an option for 10 stars, this company deserves them!!! ♥️ thank you!!!!
