My car broke down and I had it towed to RPM because it was one of the closest shops to where I was and my home. I had never been here before but I can honestly say this is the best auto shop I've ever been to. They were very honest in their diagnosis and the estimated price for my car. I will definitely be getting all of my vehicles serviced here from now on. And special shout-out to Nick for speaking to me in a way I could understand the problem without being condescending. You will never find knowledge and service like this place offers. They are straight shooters. I have been taking my fleet here for over 15 years. The guys up front have been there for as long as I can remember, they are super nice and they know their stuff. The owner makes this establishment feel like a family. They are fair on prices and the work is impeccable. If you are on the fence as to who to trust with your whip. Look no further. Incredibly honest company not looking to upsell/scam customers with quick turnaround for an oil change! My dad and I brought my car in for an oil change that happened to have a dent in the font bumper. Without us even asking, they went the extra mile (pun intended) by fixing the dent in addition to the oil change. Could not be more thrilled with their high level of service. Thank you!

We had an amazing service for our truck and car this past week at RPM Auto. They were great, on time and explained everything what needs to be done for both of our vehicles.

I came into RPM auto for a repair estimate for my A/C estimate. They were very polite and courteous. My estimate was done right at my appointment time and done in less than an hour with a reasonable repair quite and a full breakdown of parts labor. Definately professional and great customer service
