RPM AUTO REPAIR

Brought my Challenger to have a cat back exhaust installed. Called Ramy Tuesday morning and brought the car by that evening near closing time. Ramy had the car in and out in a little over an hour. Even though he was there at his shop about 45 minutes past closing time, Ramy's professionalism, workmanship and attention to detail were awesome. I won't take my vehicles to any other shop in the area.

I showed up around closing time because I got off work late. I appreciated the fact that the owner and his office staff took the time to listen to my issues and schedule me a time to get it fixed. When I arrived for the service, I was treated quickly, professionally, and courteously by the entire crew. They took the time to explain exactly what was needed, and handled my repair swiftly. I will definitely trust Remy with any future repair issues.

Ramy is a great guy! I bought a truck from him and it was a great experience and I have to admit I’m skeptical of buying from a Used Car Dealer because I’ve had bad experiences with others. The truck I got was in great shape and it was exactly as he said it would be. He also put new tires and brakes on it and change the oil. The truck was ready to go and very clean he’s very professional and he also has a repair shop. I talked to his employee Pat he was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I would have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a Used Car Dealer. I would highly recommend him

Ramy was great! Took my car in because it was having trouble starting and he knew what it was right away. He also let me know other things that needed to be done and provided me with a free alignment. He kept the old parts to show us what they looked like before which was much appreciated.

If you’re looking for a “straight-forward” mechanic, check this shop out. I needed a fuel pump replacement and that is what I received. Hourly rates are transparent, and job hours seemed less than other local mechanics and their work is quality. I will continue to have them service my vehicles. 👍
