Chris and the other mechanic also named Chris that I met and that helped me were both very helpful and down to earth. While the service was a little expensive for my truck (go figure, my whole suspension was in desperate need of repair), I'm grateful I was able to get my truck fixed at a reasonable time and they were very flexible with my busy schedule. Chris also did a good job communicating everything to me and walked me through the process which I found really helpful. If you're willing to be patient, flexible, and inquisitive, RPM is a good choice. Even with one of the parts being faulty that they replaced, they were quick to understand and get my truck back in the shop to fix it up as quickly as possible which I was also every grateful for.

I’ve been taking my car there for several years and have never been disappointed. They are quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I can always tell the difference right away when I pick up my car. They even follow up to make sure that everything is good and reach out from time to time to see if I need anything. Their prices are reasonable and their workmanship is excellent.

Mr. Chris, is amazing!! When, I tell you he made me feel welcome and updated me on everything that he was going to do with my SUV. He’s not like other shops that seen a women in distress and wants to take advantage. He was very patient with me and honest. He has my car running like a champ. I’m definitely recommending him and his company every time and his prices are reasonable and they work fast!!

PLACE IS A SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. The staff is incompetent and they will charge ridiculous prices. Please read other customers reviews if you arent sure. Took my car here for a check engine light after pep boys told me a solenoid needed to be replaced and they couldnt do it. The owner Chris re-diagnosed the the problem and agreed a solenoid needed to be replaced. He charged me almost $800 dollars and when I picked the car up the check engine light was still on and I now had a completely flat tire. Chris tried to tell me the tire was probably already leaking before I dropped it off despite me having driven hundreds of miles with no issues over the last several weeks. We then discovered there was a nail now in the tire that one of his employees had driven over in their parking

Highly Recommend if you want the job done right! My vehicle needed some major repairs and I chose RPM Automotive because of their reputation. I was a little hesitant due to their labor rate but the overall price was very reasonable. They completed all of the work quickly and I went through inspection with no issues. My vehicle is running amazingly and I’m so glad I chose this shop. The owner Chris is knowledgeable, friendly and doesn’t cut corners on his work. He called me for approval on each repair and to give updates. He used quality parts and didnt overcharge on the labor hours. I’m so glad I found this mechanic shop. I thank you for all of your generosity and for making the process less stressful for me. I look forward to seeing you guys for my regular oil changes and maintenance!
