The next morning, I called RPM, and Chuck was incredibly helpful and eager to assist. I took my car to the shop that very morning, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Chuck thoroughly explained and showed me the issues with my car and its requirements, ensuring I understood the entire process. I brought in my 1978 Chevy G20 van before a long road trip. It was having major oil leak situation. Chuck was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything to me and even took me into the shop to show me everything. He not only got me in right away but even got the work done and parts ordered in time to get me on the road by the date I was supposed to leave! Very short notice! He found all the leaks and even found some issues that would have definitely left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Chuck for years, so even after I moved out of Glendale I have continued to go there. I appreciate that Chuck explains everything to me in a way I can understand it. If there are other repairs that need to be done that aren't an immediate hazard, he prioritizes them so I know what is most important. Very friendly staff and always accommodating to my schedule. It's nice to know you have an honest, reliable mechanic you can trust with your car.
