I called for an estimate on brakes rotors and George I believed to be the owner hopefully I have his name right was extremely polite took his valuable time and gave me an estimate. out standing customer service. He explained rotors don't always need to be replaced that they could be refurbished smooth out. He doesn't do unnecessary work to milk you for more money. He was cheaper on brakes and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained it takes about 3 hours to get the brakes done. He is really busy so appointments need to be made in advance. Thank you for taking the time out for me. This was the best customer service I ever received over the phone. Outstanding and professional.

Very honest mechanics. I went to them after another shop screwed up my vehicle. The quality of work is great, turn around time is kinda lengthy but understandable. Just be ready to pay a premium for great work.

RPM customer service was amazing! My family and I was traveling and our car over heated on the 15 fwy. We had to get our car towed to their location. Even though it was after hours they stayed open to make sure we could deliver the car. We are so thankful for the services they provide and worked on our car very quickly and we were able to pick up our car within a few days! Thank you so much RPM for your amazing services.
