Great experience having our 2025 Nissan Pathfinder restored after front end damage. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond on dealing with insurance company to ensure the proper parts were obtained. Given how new our vehicle is, it was a shame to see the insurance company initially have the most inferior, lowest cost parts that just did not match at all. To add insult to the situation, the insurance company would only approve labor rates for the work that is required below the shops normal rate and expect to have to deal and spend more time on attempting to make inferior parts fit properly. My car was hit by another driver recently, I brought it to RPM Patrick not only made sure the other driver’s insurance didn’t screw me on the repair costs, but also located high quality parts to replace what was damaged, rather than cheap copies. And on the irreplaceable parts (body panels exclusive to that ltd edition vehicle) , he repaired them extremely well. Repairs (vs replacement) like that are not profitable when dealing with insurance companies, so it’s a testament to how diligent RPM is in delivering top quality work that they were willing to put so much time into repairing parts that are not made or available anymore.
