So to start out my wife's 2018 130k miles van had it's serpentine belt snap off and tore around inside the engine cab and needed some expertise to get it looked at to see the extent of the damage and get it repaired. I reached out to RPM from a recommendation from someone else and I'm so glad I did. Ron came out to see what we had going on and right away noticed that the water pump had completely failed which is what caused the belt to snap. To remove the pump he had to remove the engine mount which he noticed a huge tare in the rubber and thus was ready to fail and needed to be replaced. Car was very much in need of some good TLC and Ron was the perfect man for the job. Yes it did not only take the original estimated time of 2 hours but adding in he needed to replace multiple things
