I’m very disappointed with my experience at RPM. When I really needed customer support, they were unavailable and unhelpful. The work was extremely overpriced, and to make matters worse, the issue wasn’t fully resolved. I expected better service and accountability for the amount I was charged. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Awesome place, Adam was very helpful working out when to get my wheels down to get the new tires on. They have stayed a bit after for me since I hit traffic and I am super appreciative for it. But, and I may just be picky for this since it’s what we do at the shop I work out, I feel like it would have been nice to take the old sticky weight glue off the wheels when balancing. I get it my wheels aren’t perfect, but now I gotta get that stuff off. Regardless, I’d still recommend this place to anyone and would still go back without hesitation

I had a really disappointing experience with RPM MotoSports. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. Communication was poor—I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates, and even then the answers were vague or dismissive. On top of that, the work they did was not up to standard. What should have been a straightforward process ended up costing me more time, stress, and money than it should have. I expected much better from a business that claims to be reputable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.

I got a flat front tire due to a broken valve stem on my Goldwing while riding in Churchville. Limped to a tire repair place. They recommended I call RPM . RPM told me to come up and they could probably help me. Limped 15 minutes up the road and they were waiting for me to pull right in the shop. Wheel and tire was off, new valve stem put in, tire mounted and balanced and wheel put back on and we were on our way down the road in 45 minutes. Excellent and clean repair shop. Many thanks to RPM for helping a fellow biker so quickly and courteously on a late Friday afternoon
