I did not want to leave a negative review but after trying since April to resolve the issue I have no other choice. In April we had our water pump replaced here for a little over $600. Immediately upon receiving our car back we noticed that the AC was not working at all and it had previously worked GREAT, so we reached back out to the shop. The mechanic said it was likely a hose that hadn’t been hooked up right or something minor that occurred during the water pump repair and he agreed to take a look at our car but said he was busy, which we understood and agreed to wait. We were relieved, believing we could trust them to make it right. After some time passes my husband reached back out and finally was able to get a time scheduled to get him to look at our car. I went here because Bill's Tire Shop recommended Nelson to me to investigate the problem I was having with my car. Not only was he able to get me in the very next day but he fixed my car and under 5 hours. He told me a couple of things that need to be repair some of which I was aware of some of which I wasn't but it makes sense. I felt like I was finally dealing with an honest mechanic who wasn't trying to rip me off. I enjoyed speaking to him and working with him was a pleasure. The car drove so much better and at least I knew it was safe to drive. I still have a couple of other things to get fixed but he will work on them when I get the money and he took care of what needed to be taken care of to make the car safe.
