I recently brought my Ford F250 to this shop after completely blowing the transmission, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I dropped it off, Kevin kept me updated and even sent step-by-step pictures as he was working on my unit, which gave me a ton of confidence that the job was being done right. They had my truck ready in about a week, which is impressive on its own. After picking it up, I noticed the transmission was leaking due to a faulty part from the factory—not the shop’s fault at all. I haul cars for a living and the transmission in my Dodge Ram finally gave out. I had read good things about Kevin’s services so I gave him a shot a rebuilding my tranny. The Dodge 68rfr has a few week spots which Kevin addressed. He was nice enough to send me pics of the build along the way. Well I’m wiring this review 4 months later and the transmission has been flawless. Kevin guaranteed his work for a year with unlimited miles. I’m extremely happy I decided on using his services and I would recommend anyone with transmission issues to go and see Kevin at RPM! You won’t be disappointed!

Kevin was super friendly right off the bat. Brought in a 4L60e that was rebuilt a few years prior. Kevin disassembled the transmission in front of me so I could see what caused the failure. Kevin got to work rebuilding the transmission right away. He sent pictures of the entire process. Was ready the next day to be picked up. I hope I don’t have to get another transmission rebuilt anytime soon but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate going back to RPM!

What an awesome place to do business with had a transfer case go out in my 450 and needed it back on the road took it to rpm on Tuesday it was done Wednesday 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend them to everyone

We are chainsaw artist in the great smoky mountains... We were heading to Bradenton Beach for a 8 night vacation and needed rest Our 2 month old " new " transmission burned up right before Ocala Fl. After we burned our transmission up , RPM had it done in the next day.. unfortunately we ended up having a issue every day ..waterpump, transmission radiator clogged... ,Pump to the transmission replaced with better bigger one ..until day 4 when they were finally all resolved and found out it was our main computer that caused our transmission to burn out .Day 5 they helped us find one and had a friend who programmed it It was like God was there every day helping us though them and they really went ABOVE AND BEYOND ..what they Had to do. Kevin and Cathy were not your normal transmission shop. T
