Had a blown engine replaced in my daughters car. They gave me a few options and pricing. Owner answered all my questions for me to decide on an engine replacement. I have been a technician for 38 years and this was the very 1st time using them, but had heard good things. I was kept in the loop during the job. Was recommended and replaced other items that needed attention after engine was removed. Final outcome = car done on time, price was within my original quote, it ran great, and it was the 1st time that when I looked over the quality of work performed on this BIG job that I could not find a single issue. Recently took my new 12 valve Cummins to Chad for a valve adjustment and fuel filter change. Night and day difference. Truck has a tad bit more power and sounds great. Has also completed work on my 7.3 work truck ,So far have had nothing but positive experiences with R&R. Chad also is excellent with his communication. I plan on continuing my business with them if I’m to busy or the job is to big for me.

R&R did a great job fixing my suv! In 2 days i had it back and the problem is fixed and at a decent price! Another shop was unable to fix the problem. My dad (a retired mechanic) had recommended that I come to R &R after he had a great experience with them fixing his work truck. Thanks R&R!

I was broken down in a nearby town. R&R recommended an excellent tow company and had me up and going in under 24 hours. Now I'm not stupid, I know a good Diesel repair shop can be booked out for weeks or even months. I know they worked hard to get me back on the road and I'll be forever grateful for that. Thanks guys!!!

Called them beginning of April to ask if they do transmisssion fluid changes on CVT transmissions and if they could change my brake fluid as part of my car maintenance. I was told yes they could do it, they scheduled me for a little over 2 weeks out. (Today April 28th to drop off 29th to do work) I asked them if they could take my Bridgestone credit card and I explained that the card company was how I go their name as a referral because they have them on the list as a business near me that takes the card. So he tells me that he isn’t sure because he has never had anyone try to use one there but that I can bring the card in before the work is done and they can run it for a few dollars to make sure the card works in their system before they do almost $700 in maintenance. So I call them today
