For years, I've searched for a reliable, all-inclusive automotive repair and maintenance shop. I think I've found that with Mark and his crew at R & R Automotive on Cherokee (Johnson City, TN). I went in for general maintenance, and that's exactly what I got, and at a reasonable price. Mark was clear about the most pressing work to be done on my car, as well as the other jobs that could wait. He didn't try upselling me, and that's important to me when I'm forming a long-term relationship with a business. I have used r&r automotive for the past 6 years. Mark and his team are fantastic. They always explain what's wrong with my car and show me the parts that they take out they warranty everything and they maintain those records in your computer system so that I would have access to them in the future should that part fail.
