RR Towing

Horrible. My car was towed from apartment facility which wasn't (RnR) fault. But after sending cash app and being told that if I didn't pay right away that I would have to wait hours, I paid. Upon arrival I noticed my car was indeed pulled out of the gates, but it was damaged. I have yet to even receive paperwork for my vehicle and thru text messages I have threats from Ryan himself, stating if I was to call police, he will tell them my car is unregistered. Instead of taking accountability for the damages he insisted I "do what I need to do". he will not provide pictures of the "before".. but ill indeed do what I need to do. Updates will come soon! Right plan, wrong man. .❤️

RR Towing and Ryan helped me out with one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever been in. My car was stolen from Houston and the cops found it in Dilley, TX. Ryan and his team not only charged almost 50% less than all the other tow truck drivers in the area but the same day got the car out of the impound lot so I wouldn’t have to pay any more fees. It was seamless and I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. Thanks guys!

Got my car towed, they ruined my entire front axle. When confronted denied and still charge me along with a little extra. How can this be legal. And Ryan is the owner acting like just a worker I paid no problem after I notice damage I called police and police took on my case because of the evidence buddy Case number SAPD23072617 Your insurance will be getting in touch soon, God bless Take your time next time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He would only accept payment through cash app. When he finally arrive two hours later he wanted me to pay more because he didn’t have a flat bed even though I told him that my car was all wheel drive to begin with. Luckily I didn’t pay the full amount upfront or he would have taken the full 200. The owner is in their reviews responding to previous customer saying that it was not them or calling them scammers. Got my car towed by another company. With what i paid him and the other company combined I still paid less that what he wanted

Called around 8pm for a tow, after being called by 3 different people from RR and 3 hours later, ended up having to call Daniel towing. Who got to us within the hour. The driver was quick and efficient as well. RR is trash, the only redeeming quality was someone to talk to when I needed a tow. Aside from that, don’t expect to pay anyone for anything because they probably won’t show up.
