VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! 1. A real business owner and also worker should always greet all customers, take care of them, and satisfy them. Good customer service and a great job is what makes a customer come back and they will put out a good word to others about your business. 2. NEVER LET A CUSTOMER LEAVE UNSATISFIED ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG AND TO THEN CHARGE THEM THE FULL AMOUNT. 3. GIVE CUSTOMERS PAPER PROOF OF THE JOB COMPLETION/ LABOR . 4. IF A CUSTOMER GIVES YOU PARTS MAKE SURE WHATEVER YOU DONT USE RETURN THEM BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

Vehicle failes inspection due to exhaust leak, took it to R&S Auto Works and was able to get old flex pipe off and new one on in less then 30 minutes! Great work, fast, great price and reliable. If you have to wait, there are shops nearby to kill time so great location!

I got hit in a wreck today and I called to see if they’d be able to help and they said to swing by, they were so understanding and they fixed it’s perfectly in my opinion. I’m very very grateful for the crew here. (2024)

Great People Great service. You are treated like family.

They do not open on time they should change there hours it say 8am to 6pm so yeah if they said come at 8am Do not come they will be closed waste of time.
