Burnt my alternator up. Called the shop, they didn’t have the part but went and got it by the time I made it to the shop. Both mechanics were amazing and knowledgeable. Got me in and out in less than 2 hours. Was skeptical at first because of other reviews but I have to say they went above and beyond mt expectations definitely recommend.

The bearings went out on my single axle car hauler. Contacted them and was assisted by Randy, the owner. He got us hooked up with the Axle Surgeon and after having a new spindle welded on, Randy's crew put us back together again. I have a home town mechanic but not as professional and as fair as R and S. Not only did our needed repairs get handled, but the crew found a couple issues that could have been devastating soon after getting back on the road. Something my regular mechanic over looked. I have established a good relationship here and now have my PM maintenance issues fixed here when I am passing through and can get an appointment. Stay away from this business. He takes advantage of you because he knows you're in the middle of nowhere. My truck broke down on the highway, and I called them for roadside he told me 2 hour minimum, which is $350, and he wouldn't charge mileage. I towed my truck to his shop it sat for 2 days before they gave me a quote for the repair while I kept asking since it arrived. Finally got the estimate and everything was completely more than what he told me initially now because my truck was already towed there. He charged me $700 for the roadside call for 4 hours even though his mechanic confirmed with me on the phone he only spent 1.5 hours and he added mileage on the bill for $300 then told me $700 for a waterpump job that I told him not to do because he's basically price gouging me which he

This company is a complete scam. They gave me one price over the phone, but after the job was done, they charged me twice as much. I do not recommend them to anyone. Stay away!

I dropped off a piece of equipment, he said he could get to it the following week...midweek. After an additional week of him saying I'm pulling it in the shop....it was never even looked at. When I came to pick it up to take to another mechanic, he never even came out to acknowledge me. Find another more reputable mechanic.
