Rt 11 Glass Plus Inc

Needed a piece of glass for my old boats windshield. Was dreading the process, by rt 11 made it very easy from start to finish. I was given options with explanation, and never felt pressured. The whole staff was friendly and even went the extra mile when I measured wrong and needed it recut. They have a customer for life, and best believe I will recommend them over any other shop for glass work to any of my own customers, family or friends!

I took my Ford edge in here to have it looked at to address a water leak on the back window. After a few days of getting the vehicle back, I realized that the plastic molding was not properly put back in place. They left one of the clips on the front seat along with the bill and also my back hatch does not work anymore with the automatic button. Needless to say I will not be going back there for further service. Be careful be wary.
