Ordered 4 new tires from Tire Rack. RT Auto was a recommended installer & set up an appointment. Was greeted in the office & the work order was already prepared and tech was ready to bring the car in. All tires were removed, new tires mounted, balanced and reinstalled within the hour. Tire pressures were set at car manufacturers recommended value. Can’t say enough how nice an experience this was… Julius & Jessica were courteous and professional & the shop was clean and well maintained. I would recommend RT Auto to anyone. 😃

Julius and the crew over at R/T Auto are outstanding and courteous folks. They have always taken great care of my vehicles. I not only bring my work car there but my personal cars as well. I would highly recommend RT Auto. We take all three of our vehicles there for service. The work is always done professionally and in a timely manner. We put a lot of miles on our vehicles and appreciate the review completed during each inspection.

Have my company vehicle go in for an oil change and owner Julius told me that when he looks up the oil capacity it takes 12qts. I told him how?, the other coworker got his oil change done elsewhere and was charged for 6 quarts of oil. Julius than said to me let's drain see what comes out. An sure enough he was right 12qts needed. He went ahead and replaced the oil filter as well and he poured 6qts of oil and he checked and showed me the oil dip stick and there was nothing in it. So he than poured the remainder 6qts and went to exact level it is supposed to be! So I called the other coworker and told him to check his oil level and sure enough it didn't have nothing on the oil dip stick.
