I can’t say enough good things. They went above and beyond any reasonable expectation, and when they identified a non-transmission safety issue with my truck on the rack, addressed it in a straightforward and immediate fashion without costing me an arm and a leg. I had an appointment and they got everything done while I waited. Highly recommended!

I restore classic cars and have been going to RTS for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else except RTS because they have the best service. Paul and Mike are absolutely great at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone!

Paul the owner, is the last of the honest transmission repair shops in the country. He did a great job, in a timely manner….and when I mean timely…it was done in less than 24 hours. He actually listens and cares about his customers. You are not going to find a better transmission shop in Redding let alone the country. Notice how the owner will respond to positive reviews, but won't touch negative ones. But then again, what can you say when you're caught slippin' or messing up someone's vehicle.
